Brilliant service from Declan - we had a rat problem in our loft, was sorted very quickly and efficiently with some excellent knowledge and advice given. Method of treatment was very considerate of our young child and pets, lots of care taken. Also gave great referral for a two way valve to be fitted on the drain to prevent access going forwards. Especially grateful for the deodoriser that Declan put down to manage the smell of one that had passed away in the wall before his first visit, strong stuff and instantly made it so much more manageable to live with! Very happy with the result and the reassurance, such a lovely friendly guy too! Thank you again!

Declan was very helpful & professional & he did an excellent job. He explained the main source of the problem and the course of treatment that he was going to carry out, which was very reassuring. The problem has been eradicated 100%! Thank you for your great service!

I could not recommend Rick enough!! After hearing rats in my ceiling, walls and floors Rick came out and was very thorough. He knew what he was talking about and checked everywhere. Even though he found no evidence of rats he continued to give me advice and advised they are in a neighbours property running through mine. He was very honest and never ripped me off. I can highly recommend and wouldn't want to use anyone else. Thank you Rick you put our minds at rest.

Excellent service from Rick Rimmington! We had a really bad ant infestation and Rick came back twice more after the initial visit (at no extra cost) to ensure the ants had gone. Punctual, polite and professional - cannot recommend highly enough.
