I cannot thank Andrea and her family more for helping us with my lovely Dad's funeral. Sadly we lost my lovely Pops very suddenly and unexpectedly and the last thing I thought I'd be doing at 28 would be planning my dads funeral with my mum. We were immediately put at ease and everything was done at our pace, explained and it just felt somewhat 'OK'. We felt comforted and understood and even had a giggle! Andrea, I cannot thank you enough. You are absolutely incredible at what you do. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend The Button family. Friendly, reasonably priced and incredibly professional. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Losing my young and beautiful Mum was the hardest experience of my life and Andrea was warm, professional, sensitive, genuine, experienced and graceful throughout. She guided me, filled me confidence and assurance, was extremely helpful from the first phone call. Working with her was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Wonderful company and family business.

Andrea and her team have been absolutely brilliant during this awfully sad time. Nothing has been too much trouble and any queries have been quickly and professionally dealt with. They have shown a sensitivity and deep understanding of our loss that has made our coming to terms with the loss of Lisa so much more bearable, in a word, Amazing!! Thank you so much.

We have used Colin at the Strood office for 2 funerals now and have been very impressed each time. Everything was explained very carefully and we were able to have what we wanted in terms of music from a CD. Suggestions were made which we really liked such as flowers for everybody to place on the casket. Many people who attended have also commented on how lovely the service was which is also thanks to the celebrants who were recommended to us. The florist recommendation was also excellent.

Where to start, after my Father passed away Colin and his team were so helpful, professional and ensured my Dad's send off was exactly as he would have wanted it. The Celebrant he recommended (Gemma) was amazing, the florist he recommended (Pick a Posy) gave us stunning array of funeral flowers. All in all Colin made a heartbreaking day pass so smoothly without fault. Thanks Colin, would highly recommend your services.

Dear Emma & Tara I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you did for my dads funeral on the 29th January 2021. We are so grateful for all you did for us and looking after J. The service we received recently from Fiona, Graham and the whole team at W Naylars has been exemplary. It was extremely difficult for me having to deal with two bereavements in such a short space of time but Fiona went above and beyond to make the arrangements so easy for us. Everyone was so kind on the day and Graham made an extremely difficult day much easier to deal with. I could not have wished for a more perfect send off for my dad from start to finish everything was perfect. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend each and every one of the team. Thank you so much. The flowers from pick a posy were sensational and were still flowering over twoweeks after the funeral.

We are so glad that we chose W Naylor and sons funeral directors for our mum. Fiona was the kindest most compassionate person, who helped in every aspect that was needed. They matched us perfectly with Sarah who was our celebrant, also another wonderful lady who helped us to give our mum a beautiful send off. Would 100% recommend for any body who is in need of a funeral directors. Us 4 children are all under the age of 35 and did not have a clue how to plan a funeral, but with the help of Fiona, we were able to get it all organised extremely quickly.
