Extremely happy with the service I had been provided by SP Computers. I enquired about and requested an extensive refit/rebuild of a gaming PC. I dropped off the tower and the parts, and the rig was completely rebuilt, reinstalled and set up for me. Given how complex the job was, I am very impressed with the end result and very pleased with the service I received. The staff are very friendly and whilst after having a brief chat, they were very reaffirming and knowledgeable. I would happily recommend their services. For the price quoted and the job undertaken, I must say they were more than reasonable, especially given the size of the task. I highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done. Thank you.

I have used SP computers a few times over years so when my MacBook needed some work I went to them. Brilliant service! They upgraded my Solid state drive and upgraded the operating system for me, all completed within 12 hours and very reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend them for repairs but I noticed they also have new and refurbished computers there too if that is your requirement.

Robert is an IT Support Superhero! My Dad's laptop broke and during a very stressful week, when my Mum was taken ill, Robert was able to come to their house, recover data and set up the new laptop in a couple of hours, giving my Dad peace of mind that he was able to carry out all his normal activity on his new laptop, safely. He was very easy to talk to, which made my parents feel immediately comfortable around him and he didn't use overly technical jargon so they were able to follow along with what we were doing.

Had irreparable damage to a hard drive wherein Robert quickly diagnosed the issue and tried every which way to resolve the issue and retrieve my lost data. Unfortunately my data was lost for good. Robert initially refused payment but I insisted on paying a small fee as Robert spent several weeks trying to retrieve my data keeping me up to date as time went on. Would definitely use Robert's services again as I know he'd go the extra mile to get the job done, if possible.

Robert reacted quickly to my request for help with two of my laptops and sorted my problems. I was very pleased with his level of service and knowledge and will not hesitate to use his help again.
