Would recommend this to anyone looking for a self storage unit. Amazing service. We had a container delivered with no pallets and 350+ boxes. They helped us find a clearance company who were able to move the boxes onto a pallets and Sam kindly then moved the pallets with the forklift to our unit. 5 star for the service.

Easy to book online, clear communication via email and text. Very helpful staff and good service. Happy with the unit and ease of access.

Very friendly, easy to set up and 7 day opening hours to suit access.

I've used Big Yellow, Swindon before, so had no hesitation to use them again. However the current Team, Vernon, Emma and a big shout out to Lee have been so attentive, understanding, compassionate and really understood my situation and what I needed. I was so impressed with Lee when I made my initial first enquiry. The things Lee said he was going to do, he just carried through effortlessly. His professionalism, coupled with sound advice was second to none. Would highly recommend Big Yellow Swindon to anyone looking for storage, whether short or long term. The facilities are excellent, how it all works is so simple, the store is ideally located and you get great coffee too.

Made a stressful day much easier: Bit of a panic as my son had to move out at very sort notice. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They phoned a few days before, and again on the day of the move, to make sure everything was OK and we had all the information we needed. The check-in was friendly and efficient, and the facilities excellent.

Vern in the Swindon big yellow self storage was awesome, sympathetic, supportive, professional, took time to explain... Great service.

The vast majority of 'issues' on this site are those generated by customers taking the easy way out. Some of the worst drop and leave nails and screws in the carpark. Thankfully, the maintenance crew here is good, and the units and access areas are always kept clean. Recommended.

The site is easy to access and use and the one the time I had to contact support (because I'd forgotten my entry code) they were helpful. The cheapest rooms are on the top floor so it takes a bit more time to load / unload those via a cargo lift than it would on a ground floor unit.I'd use them again.

Just what we needed, good communication and everything was handled in a professional timely manner, units are clean and secure. thank you.
