Yesterday I went to this service point to drop off a package. Unfortunately I had some issues with the label. The store manager, Robert was very helpful and professional. He was patient and did a great job to sort out the issue. Thanks again.

Convenient place to drop off your DHL parcel in Chelmsford. There is plenty of parking. The hours are convenient and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very satisfied with the service.
