Rang around a few storage facilities looking for quotes for later this year, what brilliant customer service Safestore provided.i spoke to a guy called Josh, very informative explaining our options.will definitely be using Safestore and recommending you to family and friends.

Booking was really simple and easy. Had someone to speak to and ask questions every step of the way. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The price also came out cheaper that most other storage companies.

I went into the store to ask about DHL services, and your customer service representative Tolga was very helpful and professional.

Great facility, super easy to use with complete security and peace of mind. To be honest the best part of using Big Yellow at Chelmsford was Ryan, he is a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, personable and genuinely a really nice guy. Everyone we dealt with there was great, but Ryan really did make all the difference.
