I contacted Pest ID re possible bedbugs (unfounded as it turned out!) and spoke with Ian (technician) and Jo (office manager), both of whom were very calming and patient. They very clearly explained their procedures with a follow up email and expertly answered my questions. I felt greatly relieved and knew I was in safe hands. Terry came the next day and, after investigating, provided the reassurance I needed to confirm no bedbugs! He was very knowledgeable and kind, offering advice and made me feel very comfortable. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this exceptional company with such professional, caring and compassionate people.

Dealing with Pest ID Ltd has been a pleasure. Ian was so lovely on the phone, informative and knowledge but also friendly and reassuring. I'm currently very pregnant so they got Steve over within days. Steve also a really lovely person - it was all much more straightforward than I anticipated and he put us at ease. Treatment was a good price and they said they'll come back a third time (inc in cost) if we need it!

Called me really quickly, despite it being a Saturday evening. Friendly, professional, and despite me insisting they were wasps, knew they were actually bees and gave me the right advice. Came out on Monday to ensure bees were dealt with appropriately. Cannot rate highly enough.

I wanted to leave this review for at least 6 months so I could give a totally honest review if the awful bugs had totally left us. Its been 9 months now since we used this company and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. Having moved into a new house that needed a lot of work we didn't have much spare cash. I tried everything beforehand, amazon sprays, other methods but in the end, it was St George's Pest Control that literally saved my sanity and love for our new home. They were professional, helpful, understanding and well worth every penny. Thank god we are bedbug-free and I can finally sleep at night in peace. THANK YOU!! - Letitia W

Have used this company twice now. Initially for a wasp nest, and more recently for rodents in the loft. I have received exceptional service from both the Pest Control person, and the office staff. Rob went over and above on all visits to, not only, deal with the removal process, but also to put my mind at rest, and I even received assistance outside normal hours. I would never go anywhere else for any pest control requirements, and would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Wow, what amazing service from Rob and Alison. Rob is friendly, professional and a genuinely honest person, which is rare these days. No charge out call, which was a super surprise. Their service was very affordable and I would highly recommend their business. Thank you Rob and Alison.
