My family and I used T.Pennack & Sons for my mum‘s funeral. From start to finish the whole team, were really professional and supportive. Anything that we asked or needed was not too much trouble and they were happy to help. On the day of the funeral, the service they offered was dignified and we could not fault them. Also, I expressed my concerns for visiting mum in the chapel Of rest, due to past experiences with other funeral directors. David, who Got my mum ready sat with me prior and listened to our requests for how my mum looked. Overall it was an amazing job And my family and I were very appreciative. We first used Pennack's for my late sister's funeral service over 25 years ago, and owing to how wonderful they were then we were determined to use them for my late father's service this month. Everything is handled with such compassion respect and dignity and we cannot recommend them enough to make an unbearable situation that little bit easier. It was the most beautiful service, every detail we requested was adhered to and we know our father would have loved every second and been so very proud. Thank you all so very much.

At such a heartbreaking time ,losing our father . Paul and secure Haven were absolutely a huge amount of support . Nothing was too much trouble , everything was done with the upmost care and support and perfection. They really ensure your loved one is taken care of with the highest respect. They take time to comfort you , support you and guide you with all the difficult decisions you have to make. Paul's recommendation of a wonderful celebrant, Wanda, was spot on. I cannot thank Paul and the Secure Haven team enough. We were struggling to lay mum to rest before Christmas and Paul went above and beyond to ensure our wishes were met and enabled us to lay mum to rest, in the coffin that we wanted (pink sparkly) before Christmas. Paul really is so kind, considerate, thoughtful and real life angel, I hope not to be in contact too soon but as and when I need an undertaker, it would be Paul and the Secure Haven team that I would go to first. They are a smaller funeral director but you do get the personal service, which in times of death and grief, that is exactly what you want/need. On the day of the funeral, Paul and the Team went over the mark with ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible, they were super respectful of all family members and again, ensured all of our wishes were met.
