At short notice we wanted to send a large parcel to London. We were very impressed by the customer service member of staff, Kelly Lee at the Stockton depot. She went out of her way to help us and was polite and friendly. Our parcel arrived sooner than we anticipated, especially as it was 3 days before Christmas. The cost included tracking, and insurance was very reasonable, the parcel arrived exactly as seen on the tracking app. Thank you Yodel, Kelly Lee, and all the staff concerned.
