David and his team arrived promptly at the agreed time. The guys were polite and friendly; all of them with great sense of humour! As they commenced the job, every item of furniture was handled precisely, with care and respect. All beds were covered with protective sleeves. All items of fragile furniture wrapped in plastic before handling. Larger items of furniture was carefully dismantled and assembled exactly at the other end. The guys removed their shoes before stepping on any carpeted areas. This company went above and beyond what we expected. Great team headed up by Dave who’s on top of his comms, he will get back to you very quickly if he wasn’t able to answer your call. The whole team is very polite, clean and well presented. The vans are also clean and well presented vans. Good bit of cheeky banter to help things along. Highfields were provided as the chosen delivery partner for SCS to deliver our new sofa. Previously I had to get the window taken out for the old sofa and was very worried that it wouldn’t fit, Brad made me feel at ease and told me he would ensure the sofa would fit without issue and there would be no damage. The gentlemen who delivered the sofa were very professional, fully sign written van, very polite and knowledgeable on the job they were undertaking. You knew your expensive suite was in safe hands. Fantastic service from Brad and his team from Highfield, 5 bed house move including a piano and very awkward sofa. They were very professional, very happy to help with everything and even plumbed in the washing machine for us…which again was very awkward. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
