All the staff are very friendly, calm, attentive and professional. My Mum is very happy to be here, and I'm happy that Mum's happy. The nurses keep me updated and the communication is excellent. The place is always clean and tidy. No complaints from us. 10 out of 10.

We recently had a lovely afternoon tea organised by the home and have frequently observed my mum having fun and enjoying her stay.

My 49-year-old son had a stroke and after 3 months in hospital went to Eston Lodge Care Home for respite, from the moment we got there we were welcomed by the friendly staff. He has been and still is in Eston Lodge after 2 weeks where he has come on amazing all thanks to the wonderful staff that have cared for him in that time. The staff are caring, helpful, friendly and supportive and cannot do enough (not only for my son) but the family as well and I will be forever grateful for what they do. It’s home from home.

From walking in the door to visit my dad, I was made to feel welcome. The care shown to my dad is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are homely and very clean. The staff are very friendly and treat my dad with dignity. They take time to speak with him and he enjoys having a laugh with them.

We wanted to say thank you for all the love and care you gave to my mum Jean over the two years she was living at Mandale House. You always treated her with great respect and dignity. She loved you all in return and said that this was her home.

My great uncle receives great care from the staff at Allington House. He is always talking positively about the carers who look after him and the food he is offered. From entering the home to leaving after visiting I am always made to feel welcomed.

Very welcoming home, always a friendly atmosphere. I visited a friend/neighbour for a couple of years. Since she passed away in September I still pop in to chat with residents and check in on the staff. I would like a room here in my golden years.

I visited Allington House today to see a friend.. I came with a friend. We were both so impressed with all the staff. Just want to say what a lovely , warm & special place . Janet & Kath.
