I accompanied my mother here for an emergency visit, and she was attended to promptly. We were welcomed warmly, which helped put my mother (who has extra needs) at ease, Dr. Nemar and his assistant Nicola were exceptionally kind and calming during her anxiety attack. I am extremely grateful for their care & understanding of my mother. I highly recommend this dental practice, especially if you’re an anxious patient. Thank you Dr Nemar and Nicola.

As this was a emergency dentist appointment From the moment I phoned the receptionist was helpful reassuring and very welcoming. On arrival I was treated with respect very reassuring From my last experience at another dentist wasn't great. The dentist was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dentist. I'm looking forward to returning next month for my check up. Thank you.

I attended an emergency appointment yesterday for a tooth extraction. I was quite nervous but the excellent team at Crewe dental were so reassuring and hospitable. THE OLD SURGERY DENTAL PRACTICE REVIEWS

I've recently joined the practice as a patient and I've been treated by Shazza. After having a full consultation I was happy to go ahead with recommended treatment. I'm so glad I did, she has done an amazing job doing composite restoration and the whole process was pain free. She was really friendly and professional along with her assistant. I'm going back for further treatment and would not hesitate recommending The Old Surgery! I'm so happy to have finally found a great dentist, thanks Shazza.

Having not been registered with a dentist for a few years, I was nervous about attending as an emergency decayed tooth which was very painful. I need not have been. All the reception staff are lovely and Achilles (who repaired my tooth) & The Hygienist (whose name escapes me, sorry) are lovely, along with all the dental nurses. I've had a couple of decayed teeth repaired/filled so far, and a couple of hygiene sessions and am very happy with my choice of dentist.

After having a root canal and restoration I still have some discomfort. Appointment given same day to see my dentist Achilles who carefully examined tooth. Recommended appointment with endodontist for review which was quickly obtained. Achilles lovely as always and practice helpful in getting appointments for further investigation.

His amazing work has made my teeth feel brand new, I've been smiling all day! The nurses and the receptionists were helpful and nice, making me feel at home while I was at the practice. Another visit to Alchemy dental practice in Crewe today. Put me at ease from the moment I entered the practice (I'm a nervous patient ) Ms Hemali Patel and her assistant were absolutely brilliant as usual. Going to the dentist is not a nightmare any longer haha 5 stars.

Charlotte has done the most incredible job on my teeth I can smile again without feeling embarrassed and it means the world to me. The staff are so pleasant and helpful all round it’s a great Dental Practice they can all be very proud of. Thank you.
