Michelle helped me prepare for knee surgery and supported me with post operative care. I'm certain my recovery time has been quicker as a result of her physiotherapy. I’d thoroughly recommend her. Michelle is very thorough, taking care to understand the root cause and all the related aspects connected to an injury or pain. She uses different techniques - for me, this included exercise coaching, advice on vitamins, deep tissue massage, acupuncture, and tens. She uses a very helpful mobile app for physio exercises, which she tailors for you, providing very clear written and illustrated instructions. Finally, this physio practice is easy to get to (a minute from Hickory’s restaurant) with plenty of parking and is fully accessible.

Been seeing Dali at Cheshire Sports Therapy for several years now, both for fortnightly maintenance sports massage, also for treatment of muscular training injuries as they crop up. Have always been really pleased with the treatment, he’s quick and accurate with his diagnoses, and is also a great person to chat with. Always a pleasure to see him and I highly recommend him and the rest of the team.

I can only say what a great experience I had when I came here, I was seen by Dali and straight away identified my problem and set about the exercises I needed to do to strengthen it. I only had to come twice but I felt at ease straight away and can't recommend Dali enough and Cheshire sports therapy. I've actually recommended my nan who is now being treated here too.

Alix is one of those people you immediately feel comfortable with. Her enthusiasm and passion for her profession are evident from the start, and she clearly wants to provide help and information for her clients, whilst demonstrating empathy and a sound knowledge of the human form's function and dysfunction. I finished my sessions with Alix feeling so much relief, mentally as well as physically, and consider myself armed with enough knowledge to continue with a maintenance plan that I can use and build upon for years to come. Not only is Alix an excellent clinician, but she's also a really lovely and friendly person.

Having had the same physio for several years I was nervous going somewhere new, but I was soon put at ease and realised that I was under the hands of someone who knew what they were doing. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful I was soon feeling better and would recommend heartily, as long as there will always be a slot for me if I need to go back!
