My son (12) has developed anxieties during the first lockdown 2020 regarding his health which led to a massive school anxiety. With the help of Rebecca, he became much better within a couple of hypnosis sessions. With her calmness and understanding, my son trusted her quickly and after every single session, he felt better und as he said much lighter than before. Every single session was adapted for my son and his needs and so was his "homework". By now, he goes to school just as relaxed as his friends and is back to enjoying life. What can I say, Rebecca was a true holistic therapist. I was very unsure if hypnotherapy would work for me. I had tried lots of ways and clubs to loose weight. I put my faith in Rebecca and truly enjoyed each week. I felt relaxed at each session, each week we chatted and the my session was bespoke for my needs. I found the split of the session between solution focused talking ( with reflection ) and a "time out" guided meditation very useful.. as it met my needs well. Victoria has a naturally "healing" aura because of her positive energy and makes you feel "valued", understood & safe re. your reason to seek her intervention. I always left a session feeling better and more "alive". and her skillset as a solution focused practitioner combined with her natural ability to connect via her warm personality stands out. I would definitely recommend her as a "go to" for anyone struggling with challenges that conventional intervention and support hasn't helped.

Having tried many therapeutic routes in the past, I was intrigued when I met Victoria at a networking event.
