I have been a nervous patient for most of my life, avoiding visits to the dentists at every opportunity. Earlier this year I registered at Lockerbie Dental as a reluctant new patient. Initial contact and registration was handled efficiently and sensitively by reception staff remaing aware of my anxieties throughout. My ongoing treatment has been overseen by Dr Sheikh and Sophie in such a reassuring and efficient manner that my fear and anxiety levels are now at a very manageable level. I can now say I understand the concept of "painless dentistry" and along with my increased confidence there is even time for moments of humour during my visits. Who would have thought! THANK YOU.

I attended Lockerbie Dental today for my first appointment as an NHS patient. After filling in the required paperwork I was met by a dental nurse, Lauren, who was very friendly and helpful. She took me through to meet my new dentist who carried out a thorough inspection prior to taking Xrays and descaling my teeth. I was very impressed with the service provided.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lockerbie Dental. All the staff are friendly, respectful and caring. I’ve been undergoing extensive treatment which has consistently been carried out in an excellent and professional manner. It is a pleasure to attend.

My dentist was Kimberley Lee and I have only the highest praise for her. The Dentist I was seeing before Kimberley was so full of herself and even took to arguing with me. Kimberley was professional friendly and very helpful. She guided me through each appointment and not only what was going happen but also how much it would cost. I have ended up delighted with the treatment I received and the finished denture fits and looks great. Well done.

Bright, modern, coffee shopesque waiting area, friendly, efficient reception staff, bright modern treatment rooms. I was booked in for an extraction of a molar. Check in was quick, waiting time was minimal, dentist confirmed what was being done and procedure was completed quickly with no pain or fuss. Very professional from start to finish.

Friendly helpful reception staff. Always made to feel welcome. All Dental staff professional and friendly too. You are not hurried in and out. Any concerns are listened to and dealt with.

Nikos is always very professional, I’m a very nervous patient at the dentist, and he is very reassuring and calming, takes his time if you are getting anxious and stops and gives you a break. I’m disabled and he works around my disability, taking it into consideration. All staff here friendly and approachable. Ideally placed in town, good disabled access.
