The best Traditional Thai Massage in the country! I have been a client of Noi for many years now and she continues to work extremely hard and expand her considerable skills. I am certain that she must be the best Thai therapist in the country and I really feel the benefit after my regular treatments. I cannot recommend the Thai Massage Room & Spa highly enough. The treatment rooms are warm, comfortable, tranquil and peaceful with the traditional Thai music playing softly in the background. Noi has now been joined by her colleague Bussaya and together they make a wonderful team. I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to to my regular appointments.

My mum lives in Rockcliffe (10 minutes away) and always raves about Noi, I can now see why! I work an office job so constantly have back and neck pain. I had a 90 minute full body Thai massage and it was great. Noi was so lovely and friendly and made me feel so at ease. I instantly felt so much better but the next few days really showed a difference. I wasn’t tight or aching. Would definitely recommend to anyone! I will be back next time I visit x

Noi managed to fit me in for an appointment at short notice. Had a ninety minute treatment that was amazing ( as usual) Noi used hot stones, hot compression and also done some of her new techniques , felt so relaxed afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Best Thai Massage ever! So lucky to have this hidden gem in Dumfries. Been going to Mel for a long time now and she has been doing amazing pregnancy massage for me now that I am expecting a baby. Lots of variety of treatments and techniques used are fantastic! Always leave feeling super relaxed and happy. Thank you so much Mel & her fab team.

On holiday in Dumfries and went to My Thai for relax massage. Excellent massage, lovely people. Pity I am going home soon, would loved to have gone for massage again.

Very good professional service. Tried lots of other massage providers over the years, but nothing compares to Mel at My Thai. I’ve been a loyal regular customer for around 5 years now. Would highly recommend.

What an excellent service I went in with a bad shoulder and she found the knot that was trapping the nerve and now my shoulder is recovered not fully but hell of a lot better than it was.

Brilliant massage, worked out tension I've had for decades. The hot stones are magic and the oils smell divine. Cannot recommend highly enough!
