Starting this 1:1 diet has been the best diet for m that works a 100%, and this is also to Tracey my consulting for being there and pushing m to my goals, when a first stepped into Traceys office to start this journey I was so so nervous and anxious, but that feeling went away straight away when she greeted me with her happy and bubbly personality now I really look forward to week after week for my visit with her. Alot off people say that it's expensive but really it's not, it actually saves m money in the long run. So anybody that is thinking about doing the 1:1 diet then a would say go for it u will feel alot better within urselfs in the first few weeks, and having Tracey as ur mentor shel b with u every step off the way wether its a good wk or a bad week.

A lovely place to come for getting weighed also tracy is so nice and gives good encouragement and feedback when needed to keep you motivated on the diet.

I could not have lost my weight without Tracy Ross, she is so encouraging and supportive so thank you so much you are great.
