From the start of the consultation, everything was explained in great detail. Each part of the upcoming procedure was discussed and clarified. From booking the appointment with the very friendly reception staff to meeting Ash and his team was flawless. Ash and his team made me feel at ease and relaxed. Can't wait until I get my new smile. Its been a dream for soooooo long.

I have recently had some complex treatment to cope with and have have received the best care with detailed options explained to me and the overall outcome is excellent. Ash has been so supportive and I have been able to put my trust in his expertise. He has also kept me entertained throughout my visits.

I broke a tooth and got a very quick appointment. I was given various options and chose to have it filled. It was done and repaired straight away. Matt suggested there may be some sensitivity, but I have had no problems and very pleased with the results.

I have been attending this dental practice for a few years now and I’ve never felt some comfortable receiving treatment. I have always had reservations about attending dentists in the past however the advice, treatment and whole experience at Regent Terrace Dental Practice is second to none. I am that confident in the work of Rach & Ali that my family are all registered here and we make a 30min drive for appointments. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic service! The reception team were so lovely with my children even though they were so busy with lots of other patients too. Our appointment was on time and the dentist + dental nurse were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dental practice.

I visited Durham family dental today after many years of not seeing a dentist. I'm not afraid to admit that I was scared and apprehensive when I turned up for my first appointment. I was instantly put at ease by Laura & Caroline, who very clearly talked me through what they were doing and why. I was happy with the treatment I received and the thorough explanation of treatment plans and work required going forward. My only regret is that I've left it so long to seek treatment. Caring, friendly and understanding. Thank you.

So glad I was recommended Durham family dentist. The journey was completely seamless and stress free. With an extremely large gap covered by old composites I initially felt a little nervous about replacing them. As soon as I sat in the chair I felt at ease. I have never been so happy with my teeth.

I had an appointment to have a filling replaced this morning, for which I was a bit apprehensive and nervous. Sam and Gill were absolutely fantastic. Very efficient, friendly, and they both made me feel very relaxed and confident that I was in good hands! Thank you.
