Rang yesterday for emergency appointment had a few time changes but got seen at 3pm was in excoriating pain dentist gave me options had 2 teeth extractions no pain and no pain today feel so much better thanks so much amazing receptionists amazing dentists.

Had my 10+ year old permanent retainer come loose, the reception staff were so helpful and kind, made an appointment for me within 2 days, straight in and fixed it all. All of the staff were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend their service.

I have been attending this dental practice for a few years now and I’ve never felt some comfortable receiving treatment. I have always had reservations about attending dentists in the past however the advice, treatment and whole experience at Regent Terrace Dental Practice is second to none. I am that confident in the work of Rach & Ali that my family are all registered here and we make a 30min drive for appointments. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Once again, I can highly recommend Riverdale Dental practice, Regent Tce Gateshead. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, appointment bang on time, and my Dentist, Rachel, and her assistant, Alli, couldn't have been more pleasant. Great experience from going in and then leaving. Thanks a lot, girls.

Never normally leave reviews but this is well deserved! This was the only place that offered me an emergency appointment after being in pain all weekend and misdiagnosed by another dentist. Staff are so friendly and very helpful.

First time visiting and it was a great experience for myself and my 2 children. I was nervous about my 4 year old and how her behaviour would be but all of the dental staff were really friendly and great with her which meant she had an amazing experience! Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Lobley Hill for years, they’re a really friendly team, receptionists are brilliant, my dentist and hygienist are excellent, the best service you can get - I’m a very happy customer.

Staff are very polite and friendly and the dentists are very good at explaining why certain routines are important and offer practical advice now how best to take care of your chops.
