I don't think I can find the words to express how highly I'd rate the treatment I had with Chris on Monday. After numerous years of tightness across the top of my pecs to my shoulder, knotty shoulders and a painful neck, which I've had physio for, one session of reflexology with myofascial release has completely removed all of the tension in my pecs, consequently releasing my shoulders and taking pressure off my neck. I felt completely relaxed when I left and had a fantastic night sleep. Thank you!! I'll definitely book in for the same again.

I visited Body and Sole Therapy for a back massage and facial on Thursday. Chris was welcoming and friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a treatment. The massage was very relaxing and the reflexology facial was fantastic and made me focus on just relaxing! Thank you!

I've been going to Christine for some time now for reflexology and everytime I a absolutely blown away by how amazing she is, she's always learning new treatments and expanding her learning. The hour I spend with her is the most relaxing hour of my week! If your thinking of booking in, do it you won't be disappointed!

Just had my first traditional Thai massage here today and it was amazing. I have sciatica and lower back pain and thought I'd give this place a try. Vicky was brilliant. I had only booked a 30 massage but went for the 45 one instead and so glad I did. Booked in for a full hour nxt week. This place is definitely worth a visit. Feeling much more relaxed aftwards.

Had my first ever Thai massage here today and it was absolutely amazing! I’ve only ever had them done in beauty salons before, but they were just a standard massage (and I wasn’t keen on the leg massage). But this one was fantastic, very different to what I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly, and great at their job. Highly recommended, will definitely be back. Thank you!!
