My initial consultation with Penny was very thorough. I felt listened to and left with a treatment plan which I feel confident with. Booking was easy and Penny is very professional and knowledgeable. Following on from my consultation I had a session with James who again was very professional and thorough. I was dreading soft tissue work as I knew areas were going to be tight and sore but James was great and took it slowly. I am very hopeful that my course of treatment will get me back to full fitness and even better than before.

My second visit to the clinic in Low Fell. I have been experiencing hip/pain. Andre performed a sports massage to my hips and thighs. If the pain got too much he reduced the pressure. All in all a very positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent service. Not only did Andres get me back to physical fitness in no time, he was professional, welcoming and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend the performance clinic and Andres. Thank you :)

Jerry from the Gateshead branch was excellent. I am doing this review for my parents who attended physio due to a car accident. They have nothing but the highest praise for Jerry. They received home exercises and physical treatment and both are doing so well. He has a great way with dealing with the elderly and both my parents are in their eighties. He treated them with total respect and courtesy and they were really happy with the service they received. Definitely five star and would recommend Jerry to anyone.

Great service and treatment really helped, excellent staff aswell, especially Olayemi who did my treatments on a Wednesday. He gave me helpful treatments, great home exercises to do, he was very respectful and a very great person to talk to during treatment, 100% recommend!

Had physiotherapy with Sano after the car accident. So glad that my therapist was Jerry. Such a specialist! Highly professional and easy going, did everything he could so I almost 100% recovered. Many thanks for your time and help! :)

I went to see Edd 4 months after a cycle accident for my 4-part fractured shoulder. I had very limited movement as my injury turned into a frozen shoulder. I couldn't reach behind my back at all or even reach up. Edd has helped me gain my movement back. I can't believe the difference he has made because I thought I was going to have to have surgery to fix my shoulder. He is very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. I'm so glad I went to see him for help. I really appreciate everything he has done for me. He is very easy to talk to and even after my first session i felt at ease. Marie

Edd was recommended by a friend, and it was a great recommendation. Edd is great, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Helped me recover quickly from a torn calf muscle. Thoroughly recommended if anyone requires a physio.

Really professional and knowledgeable. Went with a knee injury and being unable to run for over a year to running within a matter of months. Would highly recommend.
