I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

Exceptional service in all aspects. I finally have the teeth I have wanted all my life -nothing short of a miracle in what the hygienists and dentists have done for me. Thoroughly recommend them for their professional expertise and empathy with nervous patients.

Amazing customer service and I’m thrilled with the results of my procedures to my teeth. I have decided to make Black swan my new regular dentist for all check ups and routine appointments for the future, would highly recommend.

It was all quick and efficient, but what I really appreciated was, a few days before the appointment, one of your receptionists telephoning me to check that I would be all right on the stairs, as this series of treatment would continue to be on the upper floor, not with Sam whom I would normally see, on the ground floor. That was extremely thoughtful of her.

Hygienist appointment today. Reception staff always pleasant & helpful. Very pleased with my clean & shiny teeth! Hygienist had her work cut out as I've not been able to get a dentist for a while but she was as gentle as possible & kept checking if I was OK all the way through.

Excellent service. Tooth extraction today and as someone who is very nervous and anxious, the dentist dealt with it brilliantly. No pain, felt comfortable and happy.

Ive have had excellent treatment by the dentist Akhil he had explained everything to me clearly, put me at ease and has gone out of his way to look after me.He obviously cares about his patients. I cannot recomend this practice enough the whole team are friendly and profesional but above all what comes across is their patient care.

Luckily remained an nhs patient. They have been impeccable with helping maintain my dental health after cancer treatment. They're on it with treating random infections when prone to them and really understanding and put you at ease.

All the staff were very kind and understanding. They arranged for us to be seen in a clinic on the ground floor, as my husband is in a wheelchair following a stroke.
