Andy helped me so much to overcome my fears. I originally went to help me overcome my fear of being a passenger or being able to take a flight, but we also ended up working on my wellbeing in gerneral. I can now happily get into a car as a passenger and took a flight with my family over the summer. I can't thank Andy enough and would highly recommend visiting him to help with any life issues you have.

Andy has been absolutely fantastic in helping with my anxiety. I managed to travel 3 hours to see my family, which I haven't done for over 3 years. I've also started becoming a car passenger again which I haven't done comfortably for 6 years. Andy is really supportive, he's got a great understanding of anxiety, a wealth of knowledge and he has masses of empathy. He's also great fun and brought lots of laughter to our sessions. Andy has changed my life with his hypnotherapy sessions. After previously having hypnotherapy elsewhere with little success Andy listened to my problem and was able to fully explain the process in an initial call. My first sessions with Andy were early in 2023 when I, aged 76, had lost a lot of confidence following a fall. His approach, his kindness (also firmness when necessary!) and understanding, as well as the techniques I learned from him completely changed things for me in more ways than I could have anticipated. Since then I have had occasional sessions with him for a variety of issues, from all of which I have gained yet more understanding of, and insight into, my subconscious mind. A particular problem was having teeth extracted with local anaesthetic which I dreaded. A session with Andy completely removed any anxiety I had and the dental procedure went very easily indeed. I had reason to be grateful to Andy again yesterday (at the time of writing). I fell in the street and damaged my elbow, necessitating a visit to Musgrove Hospital A&E in the early evening to have the wound cleaned of dirt and stitches put in. After several hours there (very busy but staff were wonderful) I was very tired but able to relax deeply by playing Andy's sleep audio in my mind. In addition, while my elbow was being stitched, I used the same techniques as when I had my teeth extracted. Totally relaxed. My daughter has a phobia of sick and anxiety. Julie was vert welcoming and after my daughters 4 sessions she can now watch a film TV program with someone being sick in and she doesn't feel the need to cover her eats or close her eyes. I would highly recomend Julie for hypnotherapy
