I went into vision express and saw Amy. She took the prescription i had and supported me to find 2 pairs of frames which looked very good. I'll be using the easy pay scheme/plan, which will give me some protection against breakage and loss. and other benefits. I found the whole process to be very good. I felt well looked after.

I have received excellent service here and the team are so friendly, professional and helpful. I had some issues with my first prescription and it was rectified quickly. I later sat on my glasses and was convinced they were not recoverable. 10-15 minutes and they were back as good as before. Would definitely recommend this shop and the staff. Thank you all!

Really pleased with my visit. Excellent service by everyone. Made me feel really at ease and helped me understand some of my problems and requested a test from my doctor to try and establish if I had a health problem. Thank you much appreciated

Specsavers in Yeovil has certainly got that extra special something when it comes to customer service, choice of products and services provided. Plenty of helpful, knowledgeable staff at hand. Relaxing, friendly atmosphere. I would like to mention two exceptional staff members that I have been lucky enough to have served me. Firstly, the wonderful Fabiola. Her attention to detail is amazing. She made me feel like a VIP. An absolute credit. Secondly I would like to mention Victoria. She helped me with contact lenses. I am taking part in Specsavers free trial. Victoria led me through the process every step of the way. Another superstar. Thank you to all the staff, you are doing a great job.

I was so pleased with my visit to Specsavers. I was doubtful they would be able to re-use my two pairs of favourite sunglasses frames, as well as the normal glasses, but all three were possible. Their customer service and attention to detail was so thorough and I really enjoyed my visit.

I needed new glasses and wasn't disappointed with the excellent service from Yeovil Specsavers. Very pleased with me new frames and sunglasses. Yeovil Specsavers - you were brilliant and thank you.

Easy process to book. Had all scans, very efficient staff member. Had a few concerns and optician did a complete check. Optician was very thorough and offered advice. Chose some glasses and staff member helped to choose style for me. All in all great service. My only niggle would be to be seen at the appt time.

I had an eye test today and needed to upgrade my reading, driving and sunglasses. Having chosen my numerous specs Lisa helped to ensure I received the correct frames for each purpose. As usual Great Job Boots Yeovil. Thank You for the great service.

Spacious entrance, attentive welcome, the optician make me feel valued, listened to, and respected, taking his time to check that I was happy with the prescription. There was plenty of choice and time in which to choose my new pair of glasses, which I await with great anticipation.
