I had my first assessment today, Dr Moore was so kind and understanding. I am an extremely nervous patient and he fully understood my situation. I have recived some excellent advise and i am now hopeful the team at Oraco can get me through the dental treatments i have been trying to get done for 3 years elsewhere. The lady at the reception was absolutely lovely! I did not feel judged by anybody at all! Thankyou so much.

Friendly, professional, patient staff who have taken the time to explore various treatment options over a period of time culminating in extraction and dentures. The dentist and assistant were relaxed and professional throughout, completing the extractions with minimum pain, without rushing; and taking time to adjust the dentures to what is , so far, a comfortable fit . Thanks.

I had a check up as a new patient today. Reception staff were polite and professional. I was seen on time and the dentist performed a thorough examination and explained fully his findings and recommendations. Thank you.

It’s was an amazing experience I have never been here before and will definitely be coming back. They were very patient with me and how nervous I was, they were very in depth in what was going to happen with my procedure and that made me feel a lot better would definitely recommend.

Starting off as a very nervous patient who cried every time I went in due to past experiences. The ladies have been amazing and calmed me down. I'm now a regular visitor and my dental nerves have been put at ease. Thankyou so much birchwood.

First time visit to the Birchwood practice, very welcoming from the receptionist to meeting the Dentist and her assistant. They made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease and that the procedures was explained in full. So far very impressed.
