Michael is amazing! I truly enjoyed working with him on this healing journey. A few months ago I was suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks. It was debilitating and ultimately led to me being afraid to leave my home for fear of having an attack in public. The medication I had taken before in the past wasn't working for me this time. I was having horrible side effects from the medication, and feeling hopeless. I was at a loss and desparately wanted my joy back. It was by fate that I came across Michael's post on fb since he's in the UK and I'm in the US. I wasn't sure what to expect, but after meeting with Michael over Zoom, and seeing how genuine and understanding he was, I was eager to begin my sessions with him. Suddenly I felt hopeful again, and truly believed he could help me eliminate the panic and alleviate my anxiety. Honestly I had reservations and was hesitant about hypnotherapy, but I can testify that it truly does work and is very helpful. I had 6 sessions with Michael, and I learned so much from him. He's very good at what he does! He's very professional, yet extremely personable. I'm happy to say I've been panic attack free since our first session. I've learned a lot of new tips, tricks, techniques, and a new mindset. I'm very grateful for Michael's help! I saw Michael after suffering from work anxiety that got to breaking point earlier this year. I can absolutely say after 6 sessions I’m back to feeling like my happy self and are able to control my anxiety when it flares up. The techniques used just worked for me and I always walked away feeling more confident in myself and beliefs. Where do I start….. When I first started seeing Micheal as I’m sure he remembers I was physically shaking I was so scared and being sick outside the venue where he is based. I hadn’t left the house in over 6 months, I was really suffering with major anxiety and panic attacks. But after having the sessions with him, I definitely noticed a difference even after just one session.
