I was recommended to Jay by friends, suffering with multiple injuries and pain, Jay immediately was confident to diagnose and treat my areas of pain, within 1-2 weeks my pain eased having acupuncture, this has massively helped me with my Job. Now I’m having shockwave therapy on my knee which I have battled with for 7 years, 2 treatments in and I’m so happy that my pain has eased over 50%, the treatment is truly worth it. Jay is amazing at what he does, very professional and makes you feel comfortable. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience with Jay at Back2Fitness. I started my treatment with Jay due to back pain, he was very thorough in understanding my needs and supporting with the best treatment for me, IDD therapy. Jay is very caring and takes his time to treat you. The office is clean and welcoming and they offer competitive pricing. Overall, an outstanding service, highly recommend.

Booked for leg problem with running , jay did a deep physical examination and told me I would need 3 visits and gave me exercises and tips to help during recovery. True to his word 3 visits and my legs are back to fitness superb, will try and visit regularly for sports leg massages.

Brilliant in all aspects - in just 2 sessions provided relief on issues that have been debilitating for 3 months and a year respectively, issues that other physio practices have failed to have any effect on across 10 sessions. He completely simplified down my issue to help understand why it was happening he offered practical and useful ways for me to get back running without pain and reduce chances of getting injured in future.
