Vicky was amazing at taking care of my two kitties while I was away. It was lovely to see how they both liked her (even the one who's usually a scaredy cat). Communication was great, with daily updates during her visits. I came back to very happy cats (and a tidy house too!) Will definitely contact her again next time I'm in need of a cat sitter.

Vicky and Kerry are an amazing team who provided care for my dog since she was a puppy. We started with home visits as a pup and worked our way up to big group walks. I’m so happy with the service and would highly recommend them for all your pet care needs!

Amazing care with my dog Bailey. Vicky was amazing and helped me out loads on short notice due to work commitments. Would highly recommend and only due to relocation have I had to move on.

It's the third year we've had Martin looking after our 3 cats while we are away. It's been such a relief knowing they are in safe hands and well taken care of. He is very friendly and sends updates everytime he visits so we don't have to worry. It is so much better for out cats as well as they don't have to go through the trauma of being relocated while we are away and they always seem very happy in the pictures we are sent of them.

We've had Vicky and Rob walk and look after our spaniels for over 11 years. They're wonderful and care so much about the dogs. Highly reliable and fully recommended. Our dogs love their walks and love Vicky and Rob, too!

Would definitely recommend them, very trustworthy and caring. Have used them for years to walk our Cocker Spaniel.

Meryl had my dog for me for a week when I went on holiday and he had a lush time! I was kept updated with pictures daily and was reassured that he was nice and settled. When I came home he greeted me when I went to collect him and then proceeded to walk back into Meryl’s house and sit behind her as he didn’t want to leave!! Meryl is very calm and you can tell that she has a lot of affection for the animals she cares for, I am so glad I’ve found her service and I will absolutely love to use her again in the future!!

Our 4 year old female black lab boarded for a week with Meryl at The Pet's Friend. She was very much at ease with Meryl and had a great time meeting the other dogs and going for walks with her new pals. Meryl is very kind, friendly and attentive to your dog's needs, and kept us updated with photos and messages. Our girl would have been quite happy to stay another week! I felt very much at ease leaving her with Meryl and I wouldn't hesitate to leave her in the care of The Pet's Friend again. Highly recommended. Thanks Meryl.

Meryl takes great care of our dog. She has a genuine love of dogs and we feel very reassured when he is with her for walks or longer stays. Meryl has looked after our cat and guinea pigs too which is a great help.
