Zak the apprentice is going to go far , nothing is to much trouble, a great attitude to work, motivated, extremely polite, a lovely lad. Following a recommendation from a neighbour, we asked Williams to do some remedial work on our chimneys. The team worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. It was helpful to be provided with photos of what they were doing, as they were working on an area we couldn't see. They were prompt, pleasant to have around, concientious and kept everything clean and tidy.

I was looking for a local plumber to replace a very old central heating system 30+ years. Stephen came out and gave me a good quote. They started the work the following Thursday. Hit a few problems. But the team stayed until it was sorted and made sure i had heat and hot water. And came back the next day to finish the job. I am very pleased with the work, they cleared up after themselves.
