We sold our house with Bundy and Bond. The chain was quite long and the team navigated us through choppy waters. Tina, Georgia and Geoff deserve a special shout out for providing excellent communication up and down the chain. Their hard work held the chain together and we are now moved in to our lovely new home. We would not hesitate to recommend Bundy and Bond.

Great local estate agent. Not a chain so you get to know the team. They have recently sold a rental property of mine and they were very professional, considerate to the tenant whilst still maintaining my interest and sold the property very quickly. The sale process was straight forward and they always kept me informed and up to date. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family. Really happy.

From the very start of generating a sales strategy, taking pictures doing viewings and offers, Blue Sky have been brilliant. Advice given on every count has been well thought through and valuable. Sales progression was exceptional, with prompt communication and Natalie was great at explaining what was happening and how to progress things. She was consistently cheerful and kept in touch up and down the chain.

Sue was very helpful and kept us up to date along the whole process. She got back to us on the same day of our viewing to say we were put forward to the landlord and were accepted. Everything was explained nicely and the overall process was stress free.
