They were superb and so very nice to me when I went to drop off my coat. Great service and decent price for the dry cleaning.

Caused extensive damage to an expensive cashmere wool coat from Boss. Tried to blame Boss for providing incorrect dry cleaning instructions, and then accused me of buying the coat from a charity shop. Owners accept no responsibility for the damage they’ve caused, and react with impunity - not the sort of company I’m willing to do business with anymore, and I shall be taking them to small claims court for the damage caused. - Jeremy C Reply

MAGDALEN LAUNDERETTE REVIEWS

I use the laundrette once a fortnight for washing my towels for my massage business. Sometimes I use the machines myself and other times I have a service wash done for me. My towels are always washed and dried within a few hours and the staff are helpful and friendly. It also has a couple of parking spaces outside so picking up my washing is easy too.

An absolute necessity for the NR3 community. Had two feather duvets washed and dried, ready for collection within a day...less than a day, in fact! Great price for the service provided, wonderful staff. Absolutely recommended. A happy 'going to be toasty and winter ready' customer!????

Fantastic service, but even better was the smile i left with. Thank you both. I hope the flowers made you smile like you did me.

I am so delighted with the service I receive each and every time I come to this Johnson’s. Sharon and Lisa work so hard to go the extra mile and are often juggling so much to make sure they get everything done efficiently and to an incredible standard. As I went to put up this review I was shocked to see a one star review, as this service has never been other than 5 star for me.

Amazing service! The people working here are lovely; such a great team. Astonishing results with the clothing repairs. Been here to repair 3 pairs of clothes now and each repair has been incredible.

So impressed with the customer service, had my trainers cleaned which were grey and now pink. So impressed and will definitely be back.
