Incredibly helpful and cheerful staff at StorageMart in Norwich! The whole process was very easy and efficient, from our initial on-line enquiry, through to our visit to view the storage unit and sign the agreement, just 24 hours later. Very impressed with how clean, fresh and well maintained the building is. Excellent choice of different sized units and a large undercover loading bay, so will be fine to use even in very bad weather. Very happy customers! Thank you.

A wonderful service from start to finish. Gavin was amazing and from the moment we walked in nothing was too much trouble. His friendly welcome reassured us we were in the right hands after a big move to Norwich. We would highly recommend this service and if you have Gavin look after you - brilliant - you won’t be disappointed.

Really great service on the phone from Debbie, and equally from Gavin on site, with getting set up, checked in, paid up and moved in. They gave great advice, didn’t rush through anything, and were very accommodating. The site is easy to access with big lifts and trolleys, and appears secure. We even got a friendly cup of tea.

Helder is absolutely brilliant. Provide best customer service and he is always very helpful. Thank you so much and all the best. Sonia.

We had a very good experience of using Viking self storage in Norwich. Staff were at all times friendly and helpful, all our questions were resolved. This is a very flexible no hassle service at a reasonable price with a discount on the first 2 months. Having 24/7 access and flexibility on length of contact was extremely helpful with all the uncertainty of moving house. Highly recommended.

Friendly, easy to access, great prompt customer service. Glad i went with a small business as opposed to a big chain for storage - cant do a lot against huge national companies but its something to support small.

Very helpful assistant explained their system and did all the necessary paperwork. Storage is secure and available 24/7. Prices seemed reasonable.
