I have been using only bobbys dry cleaning for the last 5 years. I highly recommend it. Because it has always cleaned my products perfectly. If there is a risk, it has informed me before cleaning. I am very happy that each customer's products are washed separately and hygienically. Also, the woman working there, name is Derya, she s very kind and helpful.

Excellent Dry Cleaning services. We had the privilege to meet Daria and her husband who run the business and are lovely people with outstanding customer relations skills. We had a dress which the label stated cannot be dry cleaned, however, Daria was up for a challenge and we took a risk. I have collected the items today (wool full suite, white suite trousers + the dress) and results are absolutely amazing. Instead of throwing the dress away, it now has another life! Highly recommended! Value for money in many ways. Thank you for your business.

Excellent service and great customer service. Always welcoming and friendly. I've had both dry cleaning and more recently laundry service. My laundry smells amazing! So glad I'm local to them, I would actually travel to them if I was further out. Highly recommend.

Sonam and the team are friendly, reliable, efficient and provided us with an excellent service. The linen was professionally laundered and pressed to hotel standard. Great value for money and I could not have run the business without them. Thank you to all at Dots Laundry.

I recently had my king-size duvet cleaned at Dots Laundry Reading, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They did an excellent job, and my duvet smells wonderful. Their pricing is very competitive compared to nearby shops (only £10 for a king-size duvet). The shop is family-run, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive to customers. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely be returning in the future.

Absolutely amazing guys. Above and beyond to help me. I'm due to give birth on Monday and realised on Friday that the cribs fabric was dirty, they understood the situation and all was clean by today /Sunday. All stains and baby vomit removed. Highly recommend.

Very friendly person at the counter and always happy to help/provide any information related to the washing. They are knowledgeable so the clothing's, bedding, duvets etc are cleaned nicely. They provide detergebts/softeners if you forget. Pricing is reasonable and with seating area , wifi and parking while using their services is a huge bonus. Will be going here and recommending friends and family if they ever need to do dry cleaning etc.

I’m extremely satisfied with this dry cleaner! I had a stubborn stain on one of my expensive winter garments that several other dry cleaners couldn’t remove. But this place did an amazing job. With great skill, they managed to completely remove the stain without affecting the color or fabric of my clothing. Honestly, if I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at this launderette. Super helpful and friendly staff. Was my first time visiting one and I felt very taken care of. Thanks!
