Had a lovely moving in experience. The person helping me was Sam and she helped explain clearly everything I needed to know. She answered any questions I had and even tried to provide me with an Allen key to dismantle one of my furnitures aha. All round amazing experience.

Sacha was amazing. I was in a bit of a state when I arrived as my plans had gone awry, but Sacha went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible with kindness and humour. She was so helpful and turned my day around! Sam was amazing too.

I have been using Big Yellow for some time now and i have to say it has been an absolute pleasure working with the team here at the Reading branch! Sacha, Karl, Toby and Sam thank you for your great service.

I have stored my life's possessions with Safestore Self Storage Reading for the past two years, and this past week we have been boxing my goods for international shipping. Every item had remained clean and dry, and there were no signs of insects or mould - I could not have wished for a safer and better storage facility. Also, all the staff I have dealt with have been incredibly professional, they've done what they said they would do, and have been a joy to communicate with. I highly recommend the staff and this well-organised storage facility.

I found it very easy to find the storage unit that I needed thanks to the help of the lovely young man Mani. He was helpful, patient, humorous and made absolutely sure I had exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Shugard in Reading.

Mani and Karen were really friendly and helpful. I only went in for boxes and came out with a good deal on a unit!! Thanks so much.
