Victoria has been a star since our first interaction which was an enquiry regarding an apartment up for sale with Moss Properties. She has been excellent with her communication on a regular basis throughout the process of arranging a viewing and me having an offer successfully accepted. At the viewing itself she was full of relevant information about the property and advice regarding next steps. Follow up calls/emails have been answered efficiently, in a professional manner and not just in normal office hours. I have no doubt this will continue until the sale is completed. I would definitely recommend anyone who is buying/selling a property to use Moss Properties.

Victoria your Agent was exceptionally courteous and fabulous in engaging me to have tenancy in this marvellous flat compartment. To me this flat compartment is elegantly modernised and upmarket. It is magnificent and exquisite for my family's housing needs in a relatively quiet location of Bentley.
