I've had such a positive experience with this letting agent. My main point of contact is Paige, who is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries I may have. My checks and references went through nice and quickly, and I appreciated the thorough inspection that was conducted before I moved into the property, which will protect my deposit in the long run (i.e., I won't be held responsible for any issues that were present at the time of moving in). Also I am always informed ahead of time if somebody needs to access the property. I can't fault them, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Keep up the good work!

I have used 247 as my letting agent for over 15 years. I have tried other letting agents but 247 are consistent and attentive in handling my portfolio and they are now my sole agent. 247 always step up to the mark when there are issues to resolve. I am a long distance landlord and knowing that things get sorted promptly is very reassuring. I wholeheartedly recommend 247.

We have rented a property with them for almost two years now and so far they have been a very serious letting agency. Very fast in sorting out things when we had problems like shower problems or the bushes in front of the house that the council wouldn’t cut down. The renting process was easy and they made everything ready on time. I really liked that the inventory was very detailed and nothing was left out. So far pleased with this agency.

Belvoir managed my property let for two years. They were professional, efficient, easy to contact and supportive. Belvoir have an excellent network of tradespeople which They used to manage routine issues in a timely and cost effective manner. I have used other letting agencies and know that these positive experiences are not always a given. I would unhesitatingly recommend Chris, Katie and their team.

Absolutely professional, staff very polite and informative, they took all the hard work of us.They had even took all the meter readings, met with us on the day and time we agreed.
