Air Waze engineer came to assess why our Airsource Heatpump wasn’t working, found the fault in minutes, ordered part directly from manufacturer and fitted as soon as it was delivered. Excellent service, fast call out response and very competitive rates. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.

Daryl went above and beyond for our businesses. Air conditioning service to a very high standard and kept me up to date with photos. Repair to a commercial chiller unit too. Fully recommend and service with a smile - Thank you.

Definitely recommended! Daryl and his team completed an extremely awkward aircon installation in my house, leaving me with a virtually invisible setup that seems quiet and effective. Took them a lot of patience and effort but they were always polite and receptive to changes. Great guys, great service!

Had a couple of units fitted by Rich and Tom from Chill Air conditioning. They were awesome from start to finish. A very tidy job done professionally. The whole purchase process was slick and we were kept informed throughout. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly.

Great company with high quality service and good products. We had air con installed by ChillAir last year. Took 2 days to complete the installation - team were highly professional throughout. AC works as desired and we do use it for heating in the winter too (cheaper than central heating). Would recommend.

Just had a Panasonic Air conditioner fitted to my penthouse apartment in Chesterfield. Not the easiest or most straight forward of jobs as the team has to remove a Velux window to get the outside unit to the flat roof outside. The team were professional and hard working. I can fully recommend this company and shall be returning for more units to be fitted in the future.

We have had air con installed in our house recently by JLO. It wasn't a straightforward fit, but Jody suggested the easiest solution, which we are very happy about. The units and all connections look very neat- definitely better than expected. Jody and his family worked tirelessly for 10 hours, but checking all the time that we were happy with the progress. They are a very friendly team who take their job very seriously. We were blown away by their work ethic and level of service. They did an amazing job and I can't recommend them enough!!! 10/10

Having a home office in the garden is such a lovely thing but NOT when it’s 25 degrees + Thank god for your guys at JLO!!!! I can’t wait to be chilled in the summer and warm in the winter….. Best thing we ever did was to have this unit installed.

If you are looking for Air Con look no further …. This family run company did everything and more than promised. They were very respectful to us and our property giving the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Very competitive on price for a premium product. Would not hesitate to use again.
