Danum homecare came in to look after my dad in his last few weeks, he had his favourite carers, very professional, they made a bad time more bearable, kept me smiling and doing to best i could,ive been working for danum homecare for nearly 4 years, I've loved every minute, office staff are always available to talk to, I've met some fabulous clients, who are now more like visiting family, I work with some great carers, we are all motivated to give the best care we can offer, I'd highly recommended danum homecare for anyone who is struggling like I were. Thank you Danum I really appreciated everything you helped me with.

This company is the 5th company we have employed to care for our mum. They have been a vast improvement on others and we are so pleased with the service they provide. They genuinely care for our mums wellbeing, notifying us of any issues, spending time with her to ensure all her requirements are met. They are very friendly and create an environment where mum can laugh and joke, she looks forward to their visits. The level of cleanliness has ensured mum hasn't had any infections over the last 5 months which was unheard of, previously enduring infections every 2 weeks. This service fills us with confidence to keep mum where she wants to be and enjoy their service and company.

The care my Aunty received is excellent and she loves and appreciates all the attention and care received from the girls. Whenever possible, they sit and chat, ensuring she has completed each day if any of the family members cannot visit.

From first contacting Home Instead, the service my mother and we as supporting family members received was: Professional, caring, considerate, and valuable. The staff were kind and understanding, and my mother formed relationships with carers who soon became used to the way she liked things done. They listened to her (and us) regarding the little things that mean so much, especially when things were becoming increasingly scary due to our mam's memory failing her. Carers remained kind, patient, and understanding of her needs and kept us informed through the brilliant app. Also via direct phone calls when needed with mam for her reassurance. All in all, I can confirm that Home Instead made an upsetting/challenging time for us as a family easier to bear and we are grateful for the care and support we received. Though 'special mentions' are not allowed suffice it to say you know who you are and we will always be grateful for your care and time.

Have always provided me a great home care assistance which meets fully with my requirements at all times. Carers are dedicated to work and give confidence in the manner they provide the required assistance needed. Senior supervision, carer follow-up, website and contact to the control office if required is quick and easily available.

We chose Home instead to care for my father when he began to need a little help with living independently. I cannot fault the care he was given, his carers became his friends too. They were all lovely people. They went above and beyond with the care they gave. Thankyou so much for all the help you gave my Dad.

Cannot thank the staff at Woodfield 24 enough, they did everything possible to keep my dad happy & comfortable, he enjoyed all there company and having a laugh with them all. It was such peace of mind having them in. Thank you all for everything you did for my Dad.
