Logan was incredibly helpful from start to finish — polite, patient, and always willing to take my calls. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. There was a hiccup along the way, but it was handled extremely professionally with constant effort and dedication from Logan. He truly went above and beyond, working on my case all day to make sure the issue was resolved — and in the end, it was! I also want to thank Jodie for being so understanding and apologetic during the situation. It really showed the level of care and professionalism within the team. Overall, a wonderful team to deal with. Very professional service, especially from Logan, who deserves full credit for how he managed everything. I genuinely appreciate all the hard work and commitment from Logan — thank you again for seeing it through so smoothly.

I received excellent support from Mr Logan. He remembered my preferences and kept me updated on any listings that suited me. I must admit I’m quite a demanding tenant, but he still went out of his way to liaise with landlords on my behalf. He is patient, understanding and genuinely helpful — definitely an asset to Leaders and to its clients.

Had a great experience getting our lovely flat with Amber's help, from viewing the place to now having moved in! She was always so friendly on the phone and always happy to answer the many many questions I had. Thank you to Bobby also, he was very helpful during the viewing process.

Even though I faced some unexpected issues during the letting process due to sudden unavailability of the property that was all planned to rent, she was still worked hard to secure a home for me which was very helpful. She was extremely supportive and went above and beyond to guide me through everything. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made all the difference, and thanks to her I was able to secure a home. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable letting agent.

He really takes the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for, making the whole process of finding properties and booking viewings smooth and stress-free.
