I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by JTS Plumbing and Gas Ltd when they visited my home to address a pressing boiler issue. After what felt like an eternity with no heating or hot water, their prompt response and professionalism were nothing short of impressive - and very welcome I can tell ya! I cannot commend Jim enough for his exemplary service. In a situation where immediate assistance was crucial, they surpassed my expectations with their professionalism, reliability, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing and gas expertise.

What a wonderful helpful company. Excellent advice. I am hoping to use their services again soon ... as long as it doesn't involve any more water leaks! (leak was nothing to do with JTS. It was in existing plumbing)

Went to smart aim after hearing lots of good reports. We have recieved excellent service from the moment I called up. Arrived when they said they would and a very tidy job. A small utility room job fixed very quickly and a full ensuite refit also just completed. Very pleased with it. Thank you.

After a boiler going faulty, a service that couldn't be completed. We decided to replace it with a new upgrade. Smart AIM completed a firms upgrade & decided to choose these guys after a couple of quotes.

I have used Smart Aim Solutions to service my oil and gas boilers in 2 houses now and they always provide a reliable and excellent service. I've also used them to repair my current heating system and they responded very promptly to my request and fixed the problem.

I contacted Phil regarding a couple of jobs that needed doing. He did a fantastic job in finding the source of a leak as well as fitting a new Cistern in my upstairs toilet. Quick, professional & reliable. If you are in need of a plumber I would fully recommend Phil. I shall be definitely using his services again in the future.

What a guy! My mum called Phil after water was coming through the ceiling. Turned up, calm collected took stock and explained the issue / solution. Proper tradesman, highly recommended.
