I live and work in London and was experiencing considerable stress trying to manage my mum's care. Fortunately, I found Home Instead following a recommendation from my mum's clinic in Felixstowe. The management team and care givers are exceptional, well organised and very supportive. Before the start of the contractual agreement, a senior manager and the proposed caregiving team spent an afternoon with Mum so that she could get to know them and feel comfortable which was extremely reassuring and a great experience for Mum and I. The team update me on any care issues and the App allows me to view details of each visit. But most of all my mum is happy and enjoys great companionship and care. This matters so much as she was married for 56 years and struggled after we lost Dad. Even Mum's neighbours are impressed and have met the care team. All of this means I can better manage my working life without added stress and worry. I highly recommend Home Instead. Thank you.

I'm pleased to say my dad is being looked after very well by the Home Instead carers have got him in a settled routine and he is obviously happy and enjoying life despite his circumstances. All the staff obviously care and have experience with people with dementia. The management have been responsive too and were able to set up the service quickly in a, for us, urgent situation. There have been some small niggles like where the invoice gets posted to, but these have been dealt with quickly.

I have found the company efficient, helpful and friendly both at management and carer levels.

The staff are very friendly and make sure my mother-in-law has everything done that she needs. She enjoys her visits from them and looks forward to seeing them. The office is always willing to listen to any concerns you might have and passes that onto the staff. Well managed and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to look after their loveones

Thankyou to Safe And Sound for enabling our elderly mum to remain in her own home, a further 6 months, as her health naturally deteriorated. The carers were very kind and increased their responsibilities as mum declined. Their managers kept us informed of any issues with mum and suggested options to be enacted by mum's carers.

I have had a few companies in care. But Safe and Sound is always about to help. There carers are all fully trained. All Staff treated you with respect. I am getting my independence back with the help of Safe and Sound.
