I had Sam Todd as my lettings agent and he absolutely helped us throughout the entire process no matter what happened, he gave his 110% so that we could move into the property that we really loved and really wanted. No matter what confusion or delay happened, Sam and Alex (a honorary mention to him as well) sorted the situations for us and kept an open communication between us and the landlords.
