I had Sam Todd as my lettings agent and he absolutely helped us throughout the entire process no matter what happened, he gave his 110% so that we could move into the property that we really loved and really wanted. No matter what confusion or delay happened, Sam and Alex (a honorary mention to him as well) sorted the situations for us and kept an open communication between us and the landlords. I could not explain how much of a positive experience I had with Bowson and with agents like them working there, they are genuinely the best in the business. Bricks and Mortar has been excellent, from the purchase of the flat right through to its rental and management. All staff have provided professional services beyond our expectations, including Abbie during the purchase process, Claire for the overall property management, Jordan for renting of the property, Reece for property management, and last but not least Megan for admin.

I would highly recommend Bricks and Mortar. Megan Smith was extremely helpful from start to finish in sorting my sons tenancy. Nothing was too much trouble. She was extremely knowledgeable. Promptly responded to any queries . Was very pleasant and polite. A good ambassador for the company.
