The windows and Front door required replacing on the house we have moved into and are so pleased we decided to have RLM to replace them. Both David & Ricky came over to measure up on different days and there was no sales pressure and a day later we were given a price for the work that was very good. We were kept informed on when and who would be carrying out the work with Joanne sending emails. The 2 lads (Richie & Jeff) turned up dead on time and never stopped on both days they were working and left the house clean and tidy. The windows and door look fantastic and if we ever need any more work carried out it will be RLM we use again

Fabulous from start to finish. Our old roof lantern light looked like it had been chopped off an old conservatory, it let heat in in the summer and leaked all of our warmth out in the winter. Followed a recommendation to RLM and found they dealt with Korniche systems which we fancied as they have a much more sleek look and seemed to be much more technically designed. RLM came in with a decent price, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Dealt with both Ricky and David, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result they gave us. It was fitted in November and we have noticed the room being warmer over the winter, so now we are hoping to get some summer sun to complete the test! So pleased to have found this company. Fast forwarding to the installation, everyone who worked on the job was polite, professional and did their job well. With good people come come good results and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. During the build we were kept informed of what to expect, and the site was kept exceptionally tidy.
