Work involved relaying of flagged pathway. Excellent work done efficiently and to a high standard. Everything cleaned up well afterwards. Team doing the work were friendly and happy to explain what they were doing. Communication with the firm was easy with quick responses to any queries..

Used this company after numerous recommendations and I have to say that i was very impressed with the quality of workmanship. The overall experience from beginning to end was flawless. Little things like skip removal once full,canvas protective over your driveways to protect and keep mess to a minimum when the work is being progressed makes all the difference and its the only paving company i know that actually starts a job on time and stays on the job until completion! The real deal in paving and garden makeovers. Huge shout out to Sean,Aaron and Alan… 110% recommend!.

Received a few quotes for a renovation on my utility room but jesmond developments were the most competitive by far. The work carried out was spot on and completely to the level expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone, all the lads were professional and respectful.

Just had a single storey side extension completed by Gosforth Homes. They were very quick at getting a quote sorted for us and have been really good with communication through the whole process. A bit delayed in starting the build but not that surprising in the current climate. The whole team worked really hard on site every day. They’re all friendly and were happy to take time to answer any questions.

Great job on my dining room and hallway. Professional service by super friendly, efficient lads. Thank you Andre, Craig and Michael.I will be using Gosforth Homes in the future and I have already recommended them to my friends.

After being messed around by multiple plumbers for my new kitchen, Gosforth Homes came and quickly got everything plumbed in for me as well as serviced my boiler. Couldn’t recommend them anymore.

Can’t recommend Dan and his team enough. When we moved into our Victorian terrace we knew we wanted to keep the period features but also add Crittal style doors and other modern touches. Where other builders told us to rip out the period features, Dan fully understood the vision and gave us valuable advice as to how to achieve the look and finish we wanted. Both he and his team were super professional, punctual and friendly and ensured the process ran smoothly and to budget. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shaw Home Improvements to anyone who is looking for a quality skilled builder and project manager.

Would like to say a HUGE thank you to Dan and his lads, our extension is now complete and we couldn’t be happier with it. Amazing job. Would also like to say the group of tradesman Dan has working with him have been second to non, respectful of our home, supportive, hard working and very courteous.
