Claire and the team at Lesley hooks have been fantastic! When we called and gave the details on the property that we were looking for they hit the mark with suggestions and nothing ever seemed like to much of annoyance. The response time with emails and telephone calls was very good and no question was to big or to small. I can’t thank the team at Lesley hooks for making the transition of moving properties one of the easiest experiences moving homes.

Had a great experience using Lesley Hooks following my previous letting agents being a bit of a let down. Charlie has kept us updated at all stages, was rapid with putting the property up, setting the fair rent we needed and getting the tenants processed. Am very happy with the service.

The whole process was really smooth and I had no problem with buying my first house, Liz and Ben were excellent whenever I needed an update on where my purchase was up to she sent it over. Any documents and details were requested from me as early as possible, so the whole experience was a lot quicker and smoother than I was expecting. The whole team were very friendly and I would definitely recommend using Hewitt Adams to anyone in the future.

Just sold our house through Bakewell and Horner and I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from them! Victoria came to see me for the valuation and initial discussion and was very friendly and helpful. Steve came out the next day to take the photos and video and did an amazing job, I was so happy with them! Almost as soon as the house went live we got lots of bookings and Victoria showed them round. The first to view bought the house and we were kept up to date the whole time. Victoria, Steve and Anthoney took my calls, chased up people and were at times an intermediary for our solicitors, who were useless and caused endless amounts of stress. I can’t recommend them enough! 5*.
