Honestly can't rate CJ Charles high enough. Came and fitted new boiler for me and they made it so simple and stress free. Turned up on time, went through everything with me, helped me load up the new controls on my phone. Discovered that the flu hadn't been fitted correctly from previous boiler. Not a problem, they corrected it - even having to make the hole outside bigger and then fill it all in. Charged no extra cost. Honestly so nice to have someone who is genuine, honest and does a good job. Can't recommend them enough.

New Gas Heating System After we contacted Mike about a replacement gas heating system he came to discuss the various options and we eventually asked him to quote for a new boiler, a pressurized hot water tank and controls. After accepting the written quote we agreed a starting date in a few weeks’ time. Mike arrived exactly as we had agreed and first installed the new pressurized hot water tank on the Monday, connecting it up so we could still have a shower on Tuesday. The new tank worked even better than expected and now gives us a really powerful shower. On Tuesday the new boiler was installed and on Wednesday the final brickwork was completed and the whole system was commissioned. The installation was very smooth and professional and I can easily recommend Mike for new gas heating systems.

From the time we first called when our boiler had issues Mike gave great advice. When it came to replacing the boiler we were given a range of options to pick from. Our old boiler left Mike with a few challenges but he came up with a great solution and installed it all really neatly. Top class service by Mike @ Wirral plumbers. Highly recommend.
