I have been renting with Karl Tatler now for about 6 months and our property manager Emma has been nothing but helpful she has dealt with any of our housing queries quickly and efficiently, she is very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. would definitely recommend.

Karl Tatler's Letting service has been professional and supportive throughout the process of securing tenants for our house. From Elle, Emma, Brittanny, and our lovely and friendly property manager, Lisa, they have been a pleasure to work with and their knowledge and advice is invaluable to a novice landlord.

Chloe is our property manager and is amazing!! She is a real asset to the team and has answered our queries very quickly and efficiently. She has great customer service and is always incredibly helpful. Our experience with Karl Tatler has been smooth and easy thanks to the work of Chloe and her team!

Rent Wirral looked after a property i purchased at auction. They were so good when it came to the change over of tenancy agreements. They were always in communication with me and went above and beyond to help me out. Ben, Cristina and Pam really were outstanding. I would defiantly recommend them and will be using them on future managed properties.
