We've just had another excellent meal here. You have the choice to either eat in or take away. The staff are so friendly and the food is excellent. I would say that this is the best fish and chips I've eaten. Four of us sat down to eat. Food was hot and delivered quickly and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We've visited a number of times now and the food and service has been top notch each time. Keep up the good work.

Service was top notch and friendly. Nice atmosphere, clearly attracts plenty of custom. Good menu options of half-term sized portion of chips and/or small fish, which suited as we were here for an early lunch.

OK, this place e has got to be the best I've ever been too.the staff and chefs are really descent and friendly. The Ukrainian waitresses was such a lovely lady. And was happy to serve us both times. We will definitely be back, as I had a massive amount of Cod. It was beautiful, it really was.

Best chippy ever!! We descended on Bentley’s (all 12 of us) without warning - and they took it in their stride! All the food came out quickly, it was freshly prepared and it was was really really good! Also accommodating for gluten free options. The service was also top notch! Friendly and attentive. Honestly, we all said this is probably the best chippy we’ve ever been in.

Stopped for fish and chips here this afternoon, after a quick Google search for gluten free fish and chips. What a little gem of a shop. I was served by Mitchell (I think), who was polite, well.turned out, and couldn't do enough for us. I ordered a large gluten free Haddock, and my friend had the regular fish. We had two mugs os tea while we waited, but it didnt take long. I was even offered water for my dogs! We shared some fresh cooked chips and proper mushy peas. We sat outside, with our dogs, but we were in the sunshine. They have two toilets, and a wide range of treats to order. My holy grail is gluten free battered fish, and I was not disappointed. Crispy, well cooked batter and fresh fish, which came.apart in white flakes. Condiments were also gluten free. What more could one ask for? I complimented the team, and will be back. Don't hesitate, they are the real deal in chippies.

The friendliest fish & chip shop I’ve ever been to. Just stopped on the way back from the pleasure beach as they can do gluten free. Our food was cooked quickly (normally have to wait ages for gluten free) and both traditional and gluten free were delicious. Great service & food thank you.

Simply the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! By a long way! Arrived on a quiet Monday afternoon to a friendly welcome from Paulo , really nice looking restaurant on a prominent spot Enjoyed a lovely pint of Worthingtons , washing down some sensational halloumi bits Then the main meal, oh my days! The flakiest, meatiest haddock wrapped in light crispy batter served with clean and perfect chips and mushy peas Finished off with a battered mars bar and I’ve cream, a first for me! So good!! Absolutely loved it and as an expat visiting the area, exactly what I needed! To put it simply, just go.

The food at Papa's Fish & Chips was outstanding! The fish and chips were incredibly fresh and delicious—definitely some of the best I’ve had. The staff were fast and efficient, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for top-notch fish and chips.

Love me a bit of Papa’s! Always return to this spot any time I’m in Blackpool - she hits the sweet spot of Fish and Chips for me. Everything you could ask for - and the service is stellar and friendly. Fish is delicious, chips and curry sauce are (predictably) heaven, and you get a T-Shirt if you brave the Big Papa (we did). Only problem is all the leftovers! She’s huge! Paired with the cute addition of menus printed on newspaper with all Papa’s fascinating history and philosophies - this Chippy is a favourite and a total delight to introduce my friends to, every time.
