Nipped in with my mam after a busy day to get some food we had fish, chips and curry sauce. I never leave reviews but I had to because honestly it was the NICEST fish and chips I’ve ever had. Fresh, tasty, and the staff were so lovely definitely be back.

Always great portion sizes, amazing quality and friendly service. Best fish and chips in Bridgend in my opinion.

My regular for a chippy tea ever since I moved to Bridgend 6 years ago. Happy to travel from Broadlands, despite closer Fish n Chip shops. Had double cod and chips last night, huge portions, freshly cooked and perfectly cooked chip shop chips. Great value considering increased takeaway prices over the past few years. Really cheery and friendly young lass served me too.

Lovey customer service, amazing food, definitely my favourite chip shop! Food is cooked perfectly every time we go here, can’t beat a nice bit of grub from Llew’s! Definitely recommend, the best in Bridgend, and excellent value for money.

Despite my initial reservations, the food was outstanding, lovely chips and great service, Saturday evening, around 20.45h.

Lovely place. Quick, clean, really tasty and very reasonably priced. Staff are always chatty and friendly, really good customer service. Will cook anything fresh if you ask for it. Come from Ogmore vale to this chip shop, 5 stars would recommend. Open 7 days a week as well.

Best fish and chip shop for miles around! Called in once on way home from sons swimming lessons and have been back every week since. Food is absolutely top quality, chips excellent and the fish is superb. There is a great choice on offer and a varied selection. Homemade fishcakes and rissoles are a real winner in this house! Staff are amazingly helpful and the owner is a lovely bloke, who took it over about a year ago and he can't do enough to help. Even when they are rushed off their feet, they are always friendly and polite and offer customers a great service. We go out of way to get food from here, about a 9 mile round trip, when there are many more options closer by, that says everything you need to know. Five star food and service.

Had fish bites and chips for lunch today, they were the best I've had in a long time. 5* from the kids will definitely be coming back again. Staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent.

Extremely friendly staff, decent prices and mammoth portions. The food was lovely, would definitely recommend!
