We had a great experience at the floor shop when we came in to match flooring to an existing sample we had. Marc was very helpful and explained the different types of flooring to us. He also was able to identify what type of sample we had and found us options that were a very close match so very happy with the experience.

Justin was great help informing us about the best floor type suited for what we needed and setting the order up, with several trips to the store as we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. We were also helped by Kieron to complete the order and are very grateful to both members of the team. Thanks!

Exceptional service, nothing was too much trouble, went the extra mile to search for items on the internet to find the closest match for what I needed. Having just come from a competitor that had quite the opposite attitude, I'd be delighted to recommend this store.

Fantastic aftersales service. Chris and team fitted Karndean and carpets 8 years ago following an extension. Some of the Karndean had discoloured in the sun and I finally got around to ask for a quote to replace the 20-30 pieces that had discoloured, but Chris said this should not happen and arranged for the entire floor to be replaced via warranty. Brilliant service and a great local company.

From choosing to booking to laying our karndean floor in our new bathroom the service from Ashby's has been great. Kieron done a great job of laying the new floor and he checked with us that everything was as we wanted before he left.

Excellent service from the minute I walked into the shop, to Rich coming out and fitting the carpets. Really pleased with every aspect. Would definitely recommend using Ashby Carpets.

They sent a great floor fitter (Leon) who did an excellent job at sorting out a problematic floor. We are so happy with the results and would thoroughly recommend.

I cannot recommend Callum, Leon and the team highly enough. When I came to choose my new flooring, they spent time helping me to think through the options and identify the right product for my needs. They took great care to come and see the space beforehand to ensure that the fitting would be smooth and that the final result would be perfect.
